“I was anxious going in, as meeting a new practice always stresses me out (especially after my experience at my last dentist, where the hygienist chewed me out about bone loss that I’ve known about for literal decades after seeing the x-rays and before looking in my mouth).
I need not have worried about Gila Ridge. From the moment I scheduled an appointment, everyone in the office has been on top of making sure I get the care I need. Karla kept in touch and actually managed to fit me in a week early when there was a cancellation. Crystal got me checked in and x-rayed. Michelle came in to introduce herself and let me know she also had a cancellation for a cleaning, so I could get in her chair that same day! I was coming up on six months, so it was perfect timing.
Dr. Nguyen came in and listened to my background and actually heard me. She took time to go over what she saw in the x-rays, and we discussed where I am right now in terms of my at-home care routine and options for the future, if I need anything additional.
Cleaning with Michelle was also fabulous.
